After the tour is over you will still have around 3 hours to explore different museums within the Prague Castle complex.
Our afternoon tour includes Golden Lane, Prague's most picturesque street. Golden Lane opens for free after 4 PM in winter and 5 PM in summer. We finish the tour at Golden Lane, so you can explore, take beautiful pictures or shop for souvenirs.
Both of the tours cover the same sights otherwise.
We start the tour directly below Prague Castle and take a tram to the Castle District from where it's a few minutes walk to Prague Castle - downhill 🙃. We think that is the most comfortable way to see Prague Castle.
- You will enter the FREE part of the St. Vitus Cathedral.
- You will visit all of the courtyards of Prague Castle and will see all of the historically important buildings which are in the free area of Prague Castle.
- Watch this YouTube video which explains what you can see in Prague Castle for free and what you can see with tickets.
